Individual Sessions:           1 client, 1 trainer

Buddy Sessions:                2 clients, 1 trainer
                                      exercise with a partner
                                      focused work designed for both of you

Tri-Fit:                              3 clients, 1 trainer
                                      you and a few buddies getting fit together
                                      challenging for all three of you

Basic Training:                  small group fitness for 5 - 7 participants
                                      meet at a central location once a week
                                      more affordable

Friends in Training:            boot camp meeting twice a week
                                      group fitness for 8 - 20 participants
                                      even more affordable


The above programming is specifically tailored to address  toning, weight
loss, muscles building and calorie burning goals.

Workouts are challenging, goal oriented, creative and fun.
