About Lianne

Lianne Horne is a 43 year old woman who has a passion for living life to its fullest.  Being healthy and physically fit have
always been top priorities for her.

A native of Ontario, Canada, she came to The University of Georgia on a track scholarship and competed in both track
and cross country between 1983 and 1988. Some of her athletic accomplishments include:

                      Being inducted into The North Bay City Hall Of Fame
                      Being named All SEC in 1983
                      2006 Masters Champion of The Virginia Highland Summerfest 5K
                      2006 Masters Champion of The Avondale Estates Labor Day 5K
                      2006 Masters Champion of Take Back The Night 5K

She is a nationally certified Recreation Therapist and has been in practice for over 18 years working with individuals of
all ages.

In 2005 she obtained her Health and Fitness Specialist certification through the American College of Sports Medicine.  
Since then, she has worked as a personal trainer specializing in home based total body fitness.

In 2007 she obtained her Personal Trainer certification through the American College of Sports Medicine.

She is certified by the American Red Cross in Standard First Aid and Adult, Child, and Infant CPR.

She has worked with professionals as a team builder and educational facilitator with such organizations as Coca Cola,
Georgia State University, The University of Georgia, Atlanta Public Schools and Fulton County Schools.

The above experiences, in addition to her desire to connect with others in their quest for health and wellness, assist
Ms. Horne in delivering a program full of quality and integrity.
